LIFT YOUR LIFE
Timeless Wisdom for the Life You're Living

A new monthly course for women. Come curious. Leave connected.

Most of life happens in ordinary moments: a restless night, a rushed meal, a sharp word we wish we could take back. Lift Your Life explores what Judaism has to say about those moments, and how they can become more meaningful.

Once a month, we'll gather over a light meal for honest conversation and real connection with other women. You don't need any background, just curiosity.

Lesson 1

1 The Art of Rest
Why we sleep, and how to wake up renewed

Sleep is more than switching off for the night. We'll look at what happens to us while we sleep, why each morning is a clean slate, and a simple nighttime practice of letting go of the day's small grudges so we can rest easier.

Lesson 2

2 The Pause Before the Reaction
Handling anger and everyday frustration

Most of us know the moment right before we snap. We'll talk about how to buy ourselves a pause, why we're quick to excuse ourselves but slow to excuse others, and how a frustrating moment can become something we learn from.

Lesson 3

3 More Than a Meal
Bringing meaning to the way we eat

We eat several times a day, often without noticing. We'll explore the idea that every meal holds a spark of something holy, and how something as small as a blessing before we eat can change the way a meal feels.

Lesson 4

4 A Grateful Mind
Happiness as a mindset, not a circumstance

If happiness depended on everything going right, we'd rarely be happy. We'll look at why joy is more a mindset than a circumstance, how real gratitude is always directed at someone, and how knowing your own purpose gives a day meaning.

Lesson 5

5 The Weight of Words
How what we say shapes our relationships

Words don't just describe the world; they shape it. We'll talk about why speaking badly of someone can bring out the worst in them, why praise and blessing do the opposite, and what that means for the people closest to us.

Lesson 6

6 Where Faith Lives
What faith looks like in everyday life

Some of us reach faith through questions, others through feeling. We'll explore how Judaism makes space for both: the classic arguments for G‑d's existence, and the faith that comes from within, that quiet sense that G‑d isn't something far away to be proven, but part of who you are. Mind and heart together make the relationship complete.

Lesson 7

7 Becoming Who You Mean to Be
Making the changes we want actually stick

We all know what it's like to make a resolution and watch it fade. We'll look at why understanding something isn't enough to change it, and how getting our heart on board helps a good intention become a habit.
